Tiesta Tea: Kiwi Cherry Bonanza Review

Hello Darlings!

I am a bit obsessed with tea, and by a bit, I mean to the point that I collect teapots, obsessed. I love that you can moderate your tea’s caffeine content with blending and brewing methods, I love the smell, and I especially love loose-leaf tea and the gorgeous pieces of fruit and flowers you can find in different varieties. If you’ve been following ChickadeeSays for a while you might have spotted my love affair with Tiesta Tea, a brand whose signature is deliciously blended all-natural loose-leaf tea. From inclusion in my Weekend Warrior Detox, to showcasing my slightly odd cupboard of tea mugs on Instagram and Twitter, Tiesta Tea is a constant in my everyday life.

Do It Yourself: Mason Jar Easter Basket

Hello Darlings!

For some reason I thought Easter was always in April. So, when I looked at the calendar I was a bit shocked that is was this weekend- in March! I’ve been on a bit of a holiday Mason Jar kick (check out my St. Patrick’s Day candles) and thought that Mason Jar Easter baskets would be such a cute little treat to hand out. They are simple, fun, and the stained glass looks gorgeous in the spring sunlight. Easter egg hunts anyone?

Sweetheart VoxBox Review

Hello Darlings!

I am a member of a fun social network-esque online community called Influenster. In Influenster’s own words, “Influenster is a place for culture junkies to come together and share their unique opinions of products and experiences.” From earning badges (I am a sucker for badges- Foursquare anyone?) based on your experiences, to snagging free products that you would like to try, it is an entertaining, interactive site that integrates well with the blogging experience.

Hello Darlings!

One of the great things about winter is the abundance of tropical fruit available. If you’ve been reading ChickadeeSays for a while now, you know that fruit is one of the three foods that I could survive on (the others are cheese and bread for you newcomers- welcome by the way!). So, couple my sweet tooth with all of the tropical fruit cluttering up my kitchen counters, and you get a very tasty, and yet super simple Broiled Tropical Fruit Salad.

5 Healthy Ways to Beat Stress

Hello Darlings!

I know it has been a terribly long time since I’ve posted, but my life has been a perfect storm of travel, change, apartment hunting, and huge projects at work. Blogging kept creeping lower on my to-do list, and it felt like there were fewer and fewer hours in each day. I became a bit frazzled and quite stressed.
