Holiday Gift Guide for Foodies

Hello Darlings!

As a self-proclaimed ‘foodie’ I have a running list of things that I would love to add to my kitchen and entertaining collection. From kitchen gadgets, to silly little whimsical touches, the list is constantly evolving- mostly being added to because, quite frankly, I don’t have self-control when it comes to buying toys for cooking! The items on this gift guide are favorites of mine that I am sure will please any food lover on your list!

1. Hippo Salt and Pepper Shakers from Pottery Barn

I have a thing for salt and pepper shakers. A whole collection, actually. These little cuties are the next ones on my to-buy list. I love the heft of this series of shakers, I have the pigs already and they are always a hit when decorating the dinner table!

2. Olive Wood Mortar and Pestle from Crate and Barrel

No kitchen is complete without a great mortar and pestle. I this version for its gorgeous grain that is made from sustainable wood as well as how smooth it is, perfect for grinding herbs and spices like rosemary (because who wants a stick in their soup?!)

3. Customized Cutting Board by Etsy Shop The Cutting Board Shop

Any home chef will have a slew of cutting boards at their disposal, but most likely very few that they want to show off. Having a customized board is such a fun addition to the kitchen that also doubles as a serving platter or cheese board for when company comes over!

4. Gourmet Flavored Sea Salt from Etsy Shop Trio3

I can think of at least five different types of salt in my kitchen at the current moment. Different kinds of salt can make or break a dish. Giving a fun trio of gourmet flavored salt is a fun indulgence any chef would love!
5. Musée de Thé Glass Teapot from Teavana

A beautiful glass teapot is a welcome addition to any kitchen. From showcasing beautiful herbal teas and flowering teas, to decorating a table you cant go wrong with a glass teapot with artistic lines.

6. A Spiralizer

With gluten-free, paleo, and carb-free eating having gained traction in the culinary world as of late more and more veggie ‘pastas’ have become the norm. And this pasta is not just a diet food. It is delicious, and fun, not to mention a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables. I loved using my mom’s spiralizer to make my Butternut Squash and Zucchini Pasta with Dilled Vinaigrette, and I’m sure the foodie on your list would love one too!
