Three Ingredient Vegan Lime Yogurt by Better With Veggies

Hello Darlings!

As an avid participant of Meatless Mondays From A-Z I’ve seen an incredible amount of delicious-looking recipes that contain tofu. I may have, until now, looked at them and said “never in a 1000 years.” I had a rather interesting experience in high school with some very gross-tasting tofu and resolved to never try it again. I had always thought it was the texture, however Heather proved me wrong! I finally decided to try a tofu recipe and LOVED IT. (Yes, all capital letters!)

Seriously, there are a total of three ingredients (four if you count using the limes in two different ways).

And you really can’t get easier than adding three ingredients to a food processor or blender. Add tofu, buzz, add others, buzz- finished!


I am so glad that I finally decided to get over my anti-tofu mindset. Maybe I can start working on my aversion to broccoli next?!
